Nha Trang mixed use development
A mixed use development located by the prime beach front, integrating 3 distinct components—shopping podium, hotel tower, and the commercial crown into a single complex. The building form is distinctly inspired by the marine metaphors, resulting in gently curving tower façade topped by an iconic crown, which consist of office suites and high end restaurants. Besides maximizing the seafront exposure, the shopping podium design leverages on the proximity of the sea by channeling the constant sea breezes through the corridors and shopping atrium, resulting in an environmentally responsive architecture. Garden spaces are interspersed throughout the development, providing the guests an oasis of respite and privacy, while partaking in the uninterrupted sea view of Nha Trang.
