Mixed use development with a hotel, service apartments, residential, commercial and entertainment functions, set within a tight triangular site. The sheath glass facade was inspired by the Vietnamese traditional costume, the Ao Dai. The clear glass facade is gently curving to mimic the au dai swaying in the breeze
