This house was designed to challenge the notion of “art in house” vs “housed in art”.

Inspired by modern contemporary art works that are larger than life, the house is designed as a holistic organic form that wraps itself around a central courtyard allowing entertainment spaces on the 1st storey to enjoy both internal and external views.  The house is enclosed in aluminium panels that are sized and designed through BIM to ensure fit and finish can be achieved.

Private spaces are distributed both above and below this entertainment floor, with 2 basements that can park up to 30 cars.
